The selected release was scanned across original archives, nested archives/wheels, decoded and hash-verified bundle payloads, and new audit records. No encoded owner private key or credential token was detected. A private-key header match is a literal parser constant in the cryptography dependency, not a key. The scan is bounded and cannot establish universal secret absence. No owner key location, home-directory dump, private chat database, credentials directory or shell history was accessed for this release.

Intentionally retained forensic provenance includes local personal paths/usernames, VM account names, machine and boot IDs, journald metadata and command lines, and historical consumed authority inputs. This release is not anonymized. Third-party code and package metadata remain under their existing licenses. Publication must explicitly cover these disclosed materials and an owner-approved destination; neither publication nor signing is executed here.

Every original workspace experiment, refusal and historical artifact is preserved in place. The selected lineage is frozen byte-for-byte in the three inherited archives with 1,731 inventoried members. The supplement adds attempt 219 and this review. Preserving originals does not mean publishing the entire workspace; unrelated development history is not silently included. Release 176 and Release 218 archives/manifests remain unchanged, independently rechecked against their existing pins. Historical statements about pending acceptance, unexecuted tests or proposed next actions retain their historical context.
