# EZA-001 · R001-rc.9

**Intelligence may improve. Permission must come from valid authority.**

This is an experimental candidate for EZA-001-R001, the first Eziah Accord
protocol release. Wire specification: **0.1.0-draft.7**. Profile: local-object-v1.
It governs exact, single-use reads, writes and deletes of synthetic local objects.

The rc.8 review closed IR7-001 and passed the required enforcement gates in
tested scope. It identified IR8-001, a low-severity inconsistency between the
unsigned ZIP and extracted-directory review instructions. Rc.9 aligns both
guides and their entry points while preserving the public signature gate.
Wire draft.7, authority continuity/3, controller binding/3, enforcement logic,
schemas and expected outcomes remain unchanged. See REVIEW-RESOLUTIONS.json.

Draft.7 preserves accepted wall-clock history across operations and process
recovery. Unverifiable pending history blocks further action. Older authority
storage formats are rejected without migration. See CLOCK-HISTORY.md.

Start with SPECIFICATION.md, BOUNDARY.md, CLOCK-HISTORY.md, RESULTS.md,
RECEIPTS.md and LIMITS.md. Follow the applicable signed-publication or explicitly
authorized unsigned-review path in reproduction/VERIFY.md and verify every file
before executing package code. Then run the full suite in a NEW disposable
directory using reproduction/README.md.

The required suite has **394 behavior/regression groups plus 26 schema groups**,
including 84 ported rc.6 reviewer probes and 41 retained clock-history groups. Counts
alone do not establish correctness. Inspect exact results, effects, consumed
roots, stored time, witness binding and recovery behavior. The first frozen run
and independent review are external evidence tied to the exact manifest.

Earlier results do not transfer to these changed bytes. Public reviewer ports
are fixed regressions, not new independent scores. The included rc.6 recovered
archive matches its pinned manifest but is not the original release ZIP; its
recovery map and source review identity are preserved.

Fixture creation is authorized test setup for new synthetic domains, never
recovery of earlier authority. This package does not reset grants, sign a
release, publish a website or establish general production readiness.
